These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x balee" (referred to in these Terms as "xbalee", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the xbalee platform located at https://xbalee.net and all associated sub-domains, mobile browser interfaces, and services.
These Terms apply to all use of the xbalee platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any interaction with the xbalee customer support team. By proceeding past the registration screen, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes. xbalee is not responsible for any loss of access or missed communications resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact information.
xbalee reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. xbalee also reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably suspects has been registered using false or misleading information, regardless of whether the account has an active balance.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xbalee username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. You must not allow any other person to access your xbalee account on your behalf. Any wager placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested from your account is deemed to have been made by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated the action.
xbalee will never contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from xbalee, you should treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xbalee support without delay. Upon receiving such notification, xbalee will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. xbalee cannot accept liability for losses that arise before we receive your notification.

All funds deposited to your xbalee account must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not match the name on your xbalee account — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original sender.
xbalee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. This may involve requesting supporting documentation before the deposit is credited to your gaming balance. xbalee will process routine deposits promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any xbalee content without the express prior written permission of xbalee. Any unauthorised use of xbalee intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbalee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the xbalee platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:
In all circumstances, xbalee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xbalee account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xbalee collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by you during registration and account use. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the xbalee Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. xbalee will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. xbalee's decision on any dispute relating to the outcome of a game, bet, or bonus calculation shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute having been reviewed and confirmed by our technical and security teams using logged server data.
